Sunmarc Paper Industry Private Limited (SPIPL) is promoted by Sukraft Group.

The company is acquiring Enviro Friendly Recycled Duplex / Writing and Printing / News Print and SBS Units at Nagpur. The plant has dedicated land with all infrastructures in place. The Plant consists of a Duplex Plant, a Newsprint Plant, a Writing and Printing Plant, and an SBS Plant. The Management is in the pulp and paper field for the last 25 years and has abundant knowledge of running the plant. The proposed paper machine product has high demand and is an opportunity to make a good profit.

Sukraft Group and AMPL entered into a business transfer agreement whereby the paper unit was transferred on an “as is where is basis” and as going concern on a slump sale basis to Sukraft Group.
